UNCLE AL's CLOSET: 1991, Alyeska Pipeline Service Company as "Operator" of the Trans-Alaska-Pipeline(TAPS) found its 5th Floor Bragaw Street "Executives" in front of the 102nd U.S. Congress, to explain why that company engaged in a "SPY" campaign upon the DEDICATED workers of the 800 mile pipeline - in violation of the Alaska State Constitution under § 22. Right of Privacy - "The right of the people to privacy is recognized and shall not be infringed." While DRUNK Tanker crews went free!

NOTE: The author of this “Blog” was an employee of the Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, and was targeted by the Human Resource “police” due his “Vocal Union Support” - when a “Union” was called upon to STOP the “drunk” tanker captains, like Joe Hazelwood. Yes, vocal in efforts to STOP an EXXON Valdez like "Wreck" from ever occurring in Prince William Sound. And also in attempt to STOP the on-the-job discrimination that was like a cancer growing. As stated by an Alyeska President, Bob Malone issued a WARNING: "You look and you will find we have intimidated, harassed and discriminated against people. There is a level of discrimination going on across this company, documented, that I never would have thought existed...against people of color, people of diverse background, women and Alaska Native people. And these people are beginning to raise their hands and say, HELP." This “BLOG” reveals the TRUTH and everything else wrong with the company that likes to evade that TRUTH, in environmental stewardship, in equal rights, in abuse upon an individual's Constitutional right to "privacy", in abuse with just about everything it does!
