~ Continuation
of the “Hermiller Files” ~
See, on May 22 of 1991 at 09:56-hours,
Alyeska’s Kathy Carr recalled that I was a “vocal union” supporter. No not to
my face, but in secrecy with the 5th Floor of Bragaw. And when a PATRIOTIC
“vigilante woman” spied on the 5th Floor at Bragaw, because this “back
stabbing” was contrary to popular belief that Alyeska was the “Best of the Best”,
it then came to be known that HR Carr was communicating with APSC President James
B. Hermiller and that subject of “vocal union supporter” came into the “written
conversation”. Carr explains: “As you know Mike(Kelley) is a long term
employee. While in Valdez back in the 1980--82 timeframe he was a vocal IBEW
supporter.” Wow, me a “local vocal”, that would definitely go against
the grain of the Bragaw Street “boys” groin, so I was “fucked”. But not so
fast, as there are two sides to every “oil spill” clean-up disaster due dereliction
in responsibility. Hey, it was just a little oil overboard by Joe Hazelwood and
his EXXONageddon, and you can convoy tankers through minefields so you can get
them through a little oil. Yeah through a little oil, yeah - just ask George
Nelson! That said, a little history to show how understanding kindergarten math
is not a prerequisite for getting hired as a hand in the Alyeska HR department.
I mean, this is Simple Simon math - and had the math been cross-checked by the “Spreadsheet
Masterbaters” of the “Measurement Department”, maybe my “mistaken identity” as
a “UNION MAN” would have denied that stigma that was hanging out to dry me out my
career with Alyeska. Fucking Skunks. Fucking Cunts! You would be pissed also if
one person, one that pulled a fibonacci my affiliation with the IBEW, derailed
your career - based on a falsehood. And since I did not find out about this “stigma”
until many years after the fact my career was detoured down the drain, and
every promotion found “No Thanks”, well by the time it was a cat out of the bag
the “Statute of Limitations” had paved the way for Uncle Al to scapegoat out
once again.
OK, “drum roll dunce cap” please. In 1979 in a concerted effort - allowed under Workers’ Rights the Founding Fathers framework of the U.S. Constitution - a “Union” drive by the “Valdez Marine Terminal” Instrument & Electrical Technicians found enough “Yeas” to allow for an election to proceed, for outside “representation”. That “Official Vote” under the oversight of the NLRB took place on JANUARY 19th, 1979. The tally was 22 “Yea” votes and 5 “Ney” - so the I&E was going “UNION” and Junior Leslie was a proud 798 pipeliner once again. I was 3000-miles south in California at the time working for Bell Aerospace, so NO, I was not allowed to vote. And that “election” was immediately sanctioned for "dismissal" by the Alyeska lawyers as “illegal”(Case 19-RC-9016), which means a "remand" ban was placed on the election results until such time a competent “Labor Board Hearing” could determine the merit of Alyeska’s “cease and desist” and we will “kill the messenger” without "objection". That was on August 21st of 1979. I wasn’t hired until September of that same year. So any UNION activity under the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, it was stalled and the court did not render a set-aside verdict in Alyeska’s favor until April of 1982 - which means that timeframe that CarrCarr tells the Hermiller I was a “vocal”, it is pure CUNT. The sad fact of the matter, had it not been for the “UNION” that 800-miles of pipe would have performed like a broken dipstick.

So come on Jack be nimble, Jack be quick
Jack Flash sat on a candlestick
'Cause fire is the devil's only friend
Jack Flash sat on a candlestick
'Cause fire is the devil's only friend
Oh and as I watched him on the stage
My hands were clenched in fists of rage
No angel born in Hell
Could break that Satan's spell
My hands were clenched in fists of rage
No angel born in Hell
Could break that Satan's spell
Bye, bye Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry
Them good ole boys were drinking whiskey and rye
Singin' this'll be the day that I die
