Maybe déjà vu with the 5^th Floor Bragaw Street mentality this “humongous” VIOLATION laughing matter orgasm. OK that scene of the crime spree was vacated a long time ago but hysteria repeats itself as in the “widow’s disease”, so maybe Alaska should prepare itself for another EXXON Valdez and while at it in preparedness another round of the Barrett “White Supremist” bowel influence days completes the repeat. Looks like “Great Lip-service Leadership” once again at Alyeska, maybe the executives should move back to Bragaw - might be easier hiding the “Truth” as an excuse. But what I find revealing at the same time over concerning this $400000 penalty and as advertised on the DOL site for “penalties greater the $40k” as a way to signal out the industry abusers in transparency, wherein Alyeska was not cited any dereliction to protect the workers for at least the last 5-years? What asbestos, because all the years I worked at Alyeska down yonder end-of-the-line Valdez, we were told there was no “asbestos” on the jobsite? Maybe it is time for some “class-act action” to hell with the Covid my coughing is from asbestosis or for real “refractory ceramics”! That Centerpoint religious leadership should be ashamed that after all these years it is still…some more of the same the George Mucous Nelson way or the highway just more Cowitt Cowbell.
